Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

Tremend is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to elevate our operational capabilities and take ownership of our systems, processes, and project management functions within North America Talent Acquisition. You will assume a leadership role within our Internal Digital Business Transformation Team for Talent Acquisition where you will drive excellence in operations and project management. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on a global scale to ensure we provide an outstanding service with a focus on candidate and client experience. 


Your Impact:

  • Drive the strategic direction for Talent Acquisition Operations, defining best practices and driving innovative solutions. Your vision will help shape the future of our operations
  • Participate in Sprint planning and scrum team management in collaboration with the wider Global Talent Acquisition Operations Teams
  • Oversee end-to-end project management, from initial project planning to go-live. You will be involved in PI (Program Increment) planning events and ensure seamless project delivery, including the management of dependencies
  • Work with our Data Governance team to drive robust audit tracking processes to monitor and enhance data quality. Implement quality control measures, conduct audits as necessary, and rigorously test systems to ensure continuous improvement
  • Drive process improvements and ensure effective system utilisation. Oversee new releases, provide training and support to Talent Acquisition teams and other stakeholders, and maintain user-guided training materials and documentation
  • Evaluate existing business processes, identify opportunities for enhancements, and implement solutions to support both the Talent Acquisition teams and our technical ecosystem
  • Prioritise and manage backlog items in the appropriate system/tool, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate pilot projects
  • Selecting and implementing recruiting tools that streamline and add new capabilities to the hiring process
  • Ensuring tool adoption by providing the right resources and training for Talent Acquisition teams
  • Monitoring and updating tools to maintain peak performance and address issues proactively
  • Developing and optimising scalable processes that remain efficient and effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Analysing and improving hiring practices to identify and address gaps, ensuring our hiring philosophy is reflected throughout
  • Connecting talent teams with leadership to share insights and drive meaningful improvements to the recruitment process
  • Analysing performance using data-driven insights to refine and enhance the recruiting function.

Your Skills & Experience:
  • Proven track record in leading and managing Talent Acquisition Operations at a regional or global scale
  • Demonstrable experience with Scrum practices, Jira management, and Agile project management principles
  • Ability to design, communicate, and implement change management strategies, including the creation of comprehensive training materials and knowledge-based articles
  • Solid understanding of data management principles, database logic, and audit processes to ensure high data integrity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global, matrixed organisation
  • Manage multiple priorities, drive improvements, and adapt to evolving organisational needs
  • Comfortable operating in a diverse, distributed team, flexing to different time zones and cultural contexts.
