We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is results-driven, proactive, and has a deep understanding of international recruitment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in attracting top IT talent across borders, ensuring a seamless hiring experience, and helping our company grow with the right people. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and industry expertise will be instrumental in transforming the way we build high-performing teams worldwide.
 

What You'll Do: 

• Source top talent globally – identify and engage with the best candidates across different countries using strategic sourcing techniques, networking, and digital platforms
• Manage end-to-end recruitment – drive the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer negotiations
• Leverage international hiring expertise – navigate different labor markets, cultural expectations, and hiring trends to secure top candidates across various regions
• Build strong talent pipelines – develop long-lasting relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged for future opportunities
• Collaborate with hiring managers – work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Stay ahead of market trends – keep track of global IT recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging hiring practices
• Champion an outstanding candidate experience – provide timely feedback, clear communication, and a positive experience for all candidates.

What We're Looking For: 

• Proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, including international hiring
• Strong ability to source and attract global talent through innovative recruitment strategies
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English 
• A team player who is always ready to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
